I founded The Mental Fitness Group in 2016 to provide a safe space for individuals to heal from past hurts, deal with current distress, and feel empowered to evolve into their full potential.
I help clients navigate through life transitions and stressors that negatively impact their ability to show up and function in their lives. My specialties include addressing anxiety, anger, and depression due to chronic pain conditions, trauma events, financial strain, work-related stress, or caregiver burn out by using evidenced-based approaches.
In terms of my formal education, I am a proud alumna of the University of South Florida and earned a Master and PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Florida School of Professional Psychology-Argosy University-Tampa. I have over 10 years of professional experience of working with individual on an array of life issues. I am a published author in academic literature, books, and digital fitness magazine on mental fitness and chronic pain conditions.
While we can’t change difficult situations of the past or present, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
